Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, all ebooks, downloads, templates, and digital tools are final sale.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once the file has been delivered.
For merch (apparel, accessories, etc.), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once purchased, as access to the files is delivered instantly.
Printful merch orders may be cancelled within 12 hours, as long as production has not begun.
After this window, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
Incorrect Information
Please double-check your email address (for digital downloads) and shipping information (for merch) before completing your order.
We are not responsible for files delivered to an incorrect email or physical items shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Because of the instant nature of digital access and the print-on-demand process for merch, all sales are final.
